Most engagements are scoped and quoted as a fixed price for a defined set of deliverables, so you know the investment upfront. For open-ended or evolving work, we can structure a time-and-materials arrangement instead — we'll recommend whichever fits your project during the scoping call.

Yes. The AI Starter package exists specifically for this — a single use case, up to 3 AI agents, and a defined scope so you can validate value before expanding into a full Enterprise AI or AI Transformation engagement.

A 30-minute session with senior AI architects covering your current environment, a preliminary architecture review, and an honest assessment of where AI can and can't help your specific operations — no sales pitch, no commitment required.

Payment terms are agreed during the proposal stage and typically follow project milestones for fixed-price engagements, or monthly billing for ongoing retainers. We're happy to discuss terms that fit your procurement process.
